During my corporate career when co-leading a marketing consulting company as a head of marketing, engaged employees were my number one priority. Because engaged employees are:

When team members are engaged, they communicate with co-workers and customers in a way that creates intense focus and makes meaningful connections so they can offer a positive and powerful communication experience.
The Fascinate® personal brand-building methodology highlights how your team members communicate at their best and how the world sees them (instead of how they see the world). The assessment is based on branding, instead of only on psychology.
During my workshop I identify the qualities that make each person a valued and essential part of the team. Unlike other assessments that focus only on personality traits and on what people need to “fix”, Fascinate® emphasizes communication patterns as well and highlights what your team members are already doing right, so they can do more of it.

My offer on bringing the How to Fascinate® training to your team and organization
A half-day session exploring the Fascinate® Advantage of each individual and develop their personal brand and personality tagline. Participants will leave with a basic understanding of how the world sees them, how to use their advantages in their work and with each other. The full day session explores the same and goes a step further by also focusing on the team as a whole.
In this high-energy workshop, participants will be engaged in an interactive and engaging presentation.
Half-day session
Every team member will take the Fascinate® assessment upfront and receive the extensive personal profile report (personal brand archetype, advantages, specialty adjectives,...).
The team members will learn to:
- Apply their Fascination Advantage® to influence others and communicate at their best.
- Leverage their Advantages and create a personal brand that stands out through their differences.
- Recognize their communication “red flags” and how they could be turning people off.
- Describe their distinct value in 2-3 words by creating a personality tagline.
Full day session
Every team member will take the Fascinate® assessment upfront and receive the extensive personal profile report (personal brand archetype, advantages, specialty adjectives,...).
The team members will learn to:
- Apply their Fascination Advantage® to influence others and communicate at their best.
- Leverage their Advantages and create a personal brand that stands out through their differences.
- Recognize their communication “red flags” and how they could be turning people off.
- Describe their distinct value in 2-3 words by creating a personality tagline.
- Solve a real work situation and generate team sourced ideas using the Fascinate Advantages®.
- Understand, based on a team heatmap:
- their team’s core strengths and communication style.
- how as a team they are most and least likely to solve problems, deal with conflict and achieve results.
Workshops can be done in English or in Dutch and in a virtual or in person set-up.
My key objective is for participants to walk away feeling more confident in who they already are and what they are doing right, so they can:
- Identify their top strengths
- Make stronger first impressions
- Build more powerful relationships within the team & the company
- Increase their influence, visibility, impact and leadership
- Improve their communication and the team effectiveness (more balanced, engaged and high performing team)
Optional: Extra individual sessions with the team members or in smaller groups to dive deeper into their personal brand, leadership and interaction with others.

The Fascinate® system has spent the last decade measuring over a million professionals and has uncovered some important nuggets:

If you choose the full day experience, I will also focus on the team as a whole and identify the team’s core strengths and communication style and how the team can operate to solve problems, deal with conflict, and achieve results. All of this, based on the science of fascination and on how the world sees the team and its members.
